Workout cancellation & Reschedule policy: We require approximately 4 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule a workout, this means:

Morning workouts – 3pm the previous day

Lunchtime workouts – 8am

Evening workouts – 1pm

Pricing Workout cards

If you want the flexibility to do a workout once, twice or three times a week, our Workout Cards are a great option. You can choose your preferred 40-minute workout – Total Body, Pilates or Cardio – plus enjoy access to our cardio room.

Simply decide how many workouts you’d like to do a week and suit the package that suits you best. You can even share your Workout Card with a family member or friend so you can both enjoy feeling great together.
