Andrew Meade

Director & Personal Trainer

With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, Andrew has enjoyed more than 20 years’ professional experience working as a personal trainer, football club fitness and rehabilitation coach and a health club manager.

Andrew believes that exercise programs and achieving a healthy balance in life should be enjoyable and sustainable.

With his friendly and relaxed personality, Andrew makes sessions at Urban Workout even more comfortable and motivating for our members.

Gayath Jayasinghe

Personal Trainer

Gayath is an enthusiastic and passionate personal trainer, mat pilates instructor and meditation coach.

Hailing from Sri Lanka Gayath had a passion for athletics which saw him start a Sports Science degree in India. Through a partnership with Deakin University in Melbourne he was able to continue his studies in Australia and recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science.

Gayath is motivated and driven about the importance of health and exercise. His genuine, warm and positive nature combined with his extensive knowledge helps members achieve their goals whilst ‘enjoying’ exercise.

Decian Harvey

Declan Harvey

Personal Trainer

Declan is a Melbourne local with a lifelong passion for all things sport and exercise. This passion lead him to studying a Bachelor of Exercise science (Clinical Practice) which he completed in 2023. He has been working in roles as a Personal Trainer and group PT for over 2 years.

He is a big believer in movement, strength and injury prevention playing integral roles in health, fitness and overall well-being.

Declan is also passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals whilst creating a comfortable, caring and welcoming environment. His authentic, enthusiastic and positive nature makes him a great addition to Urban Workout.
