Group Personal Training Timetable


Urban Workout – Is a 40minute session that effectively combines strength training with aerobic interval training to give you a great all over workout. Furthermore at Urban Workout we incorporate exercises to improve posture, core strength and mobility. Doing this session 2-3 times a week is a great way to improve your overall fitness and well-being. The 40minute Total Body Workout.

Urban Function – Is a 40minute mobility, flexibility and stretching session designed to get you moving more efficiently whilst reducing pain and discomfort. This session, 1-2 times a week will help to reduce muscle stiffness and general soreness. It targets tightness in areas such as the neck and shoulders, the upper and lower back along with the hips, knees and ankles.
