Andrew Meade

Director & Personal Trainer

With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, Andrew has enjoyed more than 20 years’ professional experience working as a personal trainer, football club fitness and rehabilitation coach and a health club manager.

Andrew believes that exercise programs and achieving a healthy balance in life should be enjoyable and sustainable.

With his friendly and relaxed personality, Andrew makes sessions at Urban Workout even more comfortable and motivating for our members.

Jesse Reeves

Personal Trainer

Jesse brings nearly a decade’s experience as a personal trainer and gym instructor. After completing a Bachelor in Sports Management, Jesse gained his fitness qualifications in 2007 and worked as a Personal Trainer at Queensland’s Griffith University.

Jesse’s enthusiasm for all things sport and exercise brought him back to Melbourne to join our team in 2016.

His extensive experience and friendly, down to earth nature make it even easier for our members to enjoy their workouts, as he motivates them to achieve their goals.

Kiera Greenacre

Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

Keira is an enthusiastic fitness professional and mat pilates instructor with over 5 years’ industry experience. Hailing from Auckland, Keira has managed her own Personal Training business and loves to share her passion and expertise with our members here at Urban Workout.

Highly motivated, Keira brings great warmth, compassion and enthusiasm to our members and always makes everyone feel welcome.
