Andrew Meade, Director and Personal Trainer
Andrew is the owner of Urban Workout and is a fitness professional with 20+ years’ experience in the industry. Since completing a Bachelor of applied Science in Human Movement he has worked as a personal trainer, football club fitness & rehabilitation coach and health club manager. Andrew is a highly experienced personal trainer who believes that an exercise program should be achievable and sustainable. He feels that it is is important to have a healthy balance in life and that exercise can be enjoyable. His friendly and relaxed personality helps to make sessions at Urban Workout comfortable, motivating and enjoyable.
Melanie Collins, Personal Trainer
Mel is a fitness professional with over 9 years experience in the industry. After recently completing a double degree in Exercise and Sports Science combined with Commerce she has joined the team at Urban Workout. Eager to embark on a successful career in the fitness industry. Mel has an extremely strong background in exercise behaviour and exercise prescription, along with principles of exercise and sports science. Mel combines this knowledge with a genuine desire to help people by providing an encouraging and friendly atmosphere. Mel is a valuable acquisition to Urban Workout. Her passion and motivation ensures workouts are rewarding and enjoyable.
Jesse Reeves, Personal Trainer
Jesse is a passionate fitness professional with over 9 years experience in the industry. After completing a Bachelor degree in Sports Management Jesse gained his fitness qualifications in 2007. He then commenced work as a Personal Trainer at Griffith University in Queensland. In the nine years in the role of Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor Jesse assisted a wide range of clients with their health and wellness goals, ranging from students, to University staff and the general public. His enthusiasm for all things sport and exercise resulted in him moving to Melbourne at the start of 2016 where he joined the Urban Workout team. His extensive experience and his friendly and relaxed nature combine to give clients a sense of enjoyment and trust whilst still providing strong motivation for them to achieve their goals.
