Our 40-Minute Workouts are perfect for busy people who want to work on their fitness efficiently and effectively Every workout is fully supervised by our experienced and attentive personal trainers.

From a Total Body Workout, to Pilates or Cardio, you can choose group or one-on-one personal training sessions that work at your own fitness level. Our programs change regularly, so you’re always being challenged and progressing.

Urban Workout

40-Minute Total Body Workout. Combines resistance training with interval aerobic training for a great all over workout. Also incorporates exercises to improve core strength, mobility and posture. To boost your overall fitness and wellbeing.

We recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week.

40 Minute Group Mat Pilates Workout. Focusses on improving your core muscle strength, tone and flexibility. Great for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

We recommend 1 to 2 sessions a week.
