Workout Cards
Once you’ve done your FREE Guest Workout you’ll know straight away if we’re right for you and if we are the next step is to decide how many workouts you‘ll do each week. Of course 2 workouts per week is great and 3 is excellent but if 1 is all you can manage then that is better than none at all. You can always add a workout if time permits in any given week – we’re that flexible.
Once you’ve decided on your workout schedule use the table below to choose your card. Our flexible, easy to manage workout cards are great value and we provide ample time for you to use them.
In addition to our supervised workouts, your card also gives you FREE access to our cardio room anytime during opening hours so you can just pop in, for as long or as short as you wish – see motto below!
Whichever option you choose, remember that ‘something is ALWAYS better than nothing’ – just take the first step and we will look after you from there.
By the way, you’re welcome to share a card with someone which brings the cost per workout down so ‘phone a friend’…you’ll be saving a pretty penny and gaining good health – together!
